North Korea - Kim Jong-il is the Supreme Leader of the Republic. Kim-il Song is his father. He has 3 sons and a daughter, he doesnt want them to run but his third son. He was born on February 16 1942. He was born in a secret camp on Baekdu Mountain. Offical biographers claim that his birth waas foretold by a swallow and heralded by the apperance of a double rainbow over the mountain and a new star in the heavens appeared. Education - He attended Primary School No.4 and Middle School No. 1 in Pyongyang. He was involded in politics and ruling Koreans Workers Party. His father was the ruler and when he died in 1994 he took over and began his rule.
South Korea - Lee Myung -bak is a South Korea politican and president. He was a huge buissman. He was the major of Seoul. He won the election on his bday.

Before World War 2 Korea was run by japan and sovieia union along with the US. Korea ended with Japen's defeat in World War 2 in 1945, Korea was divied at the 38th parallel, 38 degrees north, in accordance with a United Nations arrangement, to be administered by the Soviet Union in the north and the United State in the south. The Soviets and Americans were unable to agree on the implementation of Joint Trusteeship over Korea. Throughout most of its history, Korea has been invaded, influenced, and fought over by its larger neighbors. Kim-il Sung was trying to run whole Korea and some of America. No body won at the end of the Korea war.
